Lisa and Bob Prive began working with punch needle / rug punching about 15 years ago when they owned a country primitive store in Vermont named “The Bee Skep”. Lisa was the first to become involved with punch needle after taking a class at the Green Mountain Rug Hooking School. Bob later became involved by watching Lisa demonstrate punch needle to customers and answering customer questions in the store. Creating kits began as a service to our customers who wanted to try punch needle but didn’t want to make the initial investment by having to purchase full spools of thread for their project. This initial service has expanded into the creation of original design and kits.
